Fortuna Czarne

This is a bottom-fermenting beer which ferments at low temperatures in traditional open vats. Like many other dark beers, it matures for a long time. The recipe includes caramel malt, roasted in the Miłosław brewery, and kola nut extract.

This beer's extraordinary flavour is a combination of slightly bitter roasted malt balanced with a dose of surprising sweetness. The alcohol content is scarcely noticeable. Fortuna Czarne has highly refreshing qualities, but it can also be drunk as a dessert beer.

Fortuna CZARNE has been included on the List of Traditional Products administered by the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The List consists of products whose quality or unique characteristics stem from traditional production methods (employed for at least 25 years). On top of that, eligible products should be a part of their local communities' identities and their home region's cultural heritage.

Fortuna Brewery was appointed Polish Food Producer 2006 for Fortuna Czarne.

Following consumer preference research, we launched our new beer: FORTUNA Wiśniowa. It became an overnight favourite among beer lovers who appreciate intriguing flavours. FORTUNA Wiśniowa offers notes of black cherry, wine, almonds and oak. The beer's thirst quenching qualities are worth noting.

The beer owes its unique flavour to its fermentation in open vats, long maturation and - most importantly - natural cherry juice. The flavour reveals hints of fruity tartness and sweetness, which skilfully balances the bitterness of the hops.

Miłosław Koźlak

Miłosław Koźlak is a traditionally strong beer with an amber colour and a distinct, rich aroma. In the old days, bocks were brewed for special occasions, predominantly religious celebrations. Bavarian monks used to drink bock beer when fasting, which must have made the sacrifice less onerous. Miłosław Koźlak owes its complex flavour and rich aroma to four types of malted barley: light Pilsner, dark Munich, dark caramel and dark chocolate malt. The grand amber colour, accompanied by a thick head and a complex flavour, make this beer ideal for unhurried tasting. Miłosław beers are traditionally fermented in open vats and brewed exclusively with natural ingredients.
